Mavuno Secondary School is a boarding school for girls in Karagwe, Tanzania, which Sandvik has supported In collaboration with the organization Engineers without Borders.

We are driven by our purpose to make a positive impact on society and our company. By partnership, education and volunteering we make communities stronger and fairer.

Community involvement projects should be viewed as investments, with contracts, clear target groups and objectives, and measurable results. We will not engage in activities that conflict in any way with our Code of Conduct, political or religious organizations, or projects that may be viewed as hazardous to health or the environment.
