As Pakama Tsabedze finished her MBA she was on the hunt for a business role. She then came across Sandvik’s Global Graduate Program.
During the program she had the opportunity to work on business projects of strategic importance, and to rotate to the three different business areas. In that sense she got experience in sales and marketing and business development in operations and digitalization. Now she is a Market Analyst at Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology in South Africa.
