Finding future leaders
Sandvik is launching a global trainee program – an 18-month rotation program called "Sandvik Future Leaders" through which candidates will be developed.
The program combines three job- rotation modules with three learning modules and provides broad international exposure as well as numerous opportunities. Candidates are selected by matching the leadership model and ensuring that they have an attitude that is compatible with the company culture. Among other things, successful candidates will have a strong desire to make a difference. The program is scheduled to start in September 2014.
